Note to passengers who are booking for 2 or more people: due to the limited number of characters in a text message, we recommend that you choose the email/ fax option, or proceed to our airport sales office to get a printout of your Itinerary.
- Write down the 14-digit code that the Cebu Pacific agent will give you. You need to keep this and present it at the payment center.
- Proceed to your preferred payment center, present the 14-digit code, and pay for your reservation. The payment center will issue a transaction number. Please take note of this in case of disputes.

- At the airport check-in counter, just present the fax, email printout or the text message containing your itinerary. Then, get ready to fly!
