Fun Tours FAQs
Fun Tours is the tour package product of Cebu Pacific. How early should I book my Fun Tours package? For any Fun Tours package, reservations should be made at least 7 working days* in advance of departure. Late bookings will be accepted but are subject to availability of accommodation. Credit card details for guarantee payment will be required for late bookings. Bookings made at least 3 working days* before departure shall not be accommodated. * - working days are Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 5 PM ONLY How do I book my Fun Tours package? At present, Fun Tours can only be booked through our Call Center. You may call our Call Center hotline at (632) 7020888. Where shall I pay my confirmed Fun Tours package? You may settle payment for your Fun Tour package at any of our sales ticket office. Where can I find the exact prices of the Fun Tours package that I want to book? All tours packages utilize a dynamic pricing. With this, prices of tour packages vary from time to time depending on the availability of the fare in a specific flight. The prices quoted will be the lowest rate available plus the published land arrangement rates. If I hold a confirmed booking but I want to rebook and cancel, what shall I do? All tour packages are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed and voucher is issued, it is no longer acceptable for any refund. However, you can have your tour packages rebooked but subject to space availability and additional charges. Rebooking conditions and charges vary per hotel and seasonality. Otherwise, Cebu Pacific shall not honor any transactions made outside this venue.
