Who can make a booking via txtCEB?
Anyone with a cell phone can book a Cebu Pacific flight through txtCEB.
Do I need to register first to make a booking?
No. Registration is only necessary if you opt to subscribe to text alerts on Cebu Pacific promos and other updates.
Will I get charged when I use txtCEB?
Yes, you will be charged a minimal amount per text message received, following the standard value-added text service rates of the telcos.
The cost per message received is P2.50 for Globe, Touch Mobile, Smart, Talk ‘N Text and Addict Mobile and P2.00 for Sun Cellular subscribers.
How many SMS messages will I receive to complete a booking?
You will receive five SMS messages to complete a booking.
What fare types are available via txtCEB?
The Lowest available fares are quoted when you book via txtCEB.
No. txtCEB only allows you to book a flight or inquire about flight schedules. You will have to pay over the counter at any Cebu Pacific ticket office. You will be charged the fare confirmed by txtCEB at the date of ticket purchase.
Can I book Cebu Pacific international flights via txtCEB?
Not yet. Currently, txtCEB processes domestic bookings only.
