Can I still use the PremiuMiles that I've earned but not yet used?
Yes, of course! Your PremiuMiles are valid for 3 years from the date they were earned, just as we had promised. Please see the PremiuMiles redemption table below.

I don't have enough PremiuMiles to get a free flight yet. Is there a way for me to use the PremiuMiles that I have?
Yes! We want all Summit Club members to be able to use their hard-earned PremiuMiles, so we've set up a year-round Cash+Miles Program exclusively for you. This will run until March 31, 2009 so that you can make the most out of your PremiuMiles.

Will I still be able to ask about my PremiuMiles balance?
Yes, definitely. You can ask about your mileage balance through the Summit Club Service Center. Simply call the new Cebu Pacific hotline at (+632) 70-20-888.
How can I redeem my PremiuMiles for free flights?
You can redeem your PremiuMiles by filling out the Redemption Request form (download this now in PDF format). It's also available at Cebu Pacific airport ticket offices.
Fax the completed and signed form to our Member Service Center at +632-634-6621. Please call the Summit Club Service Center for information on where you can claim your ticket.
Can I continue to avail of discounted rates at Summit Club partner hotels?
Yes, you can still avail of discounted hotel rates through our Cebu Pacific Hotels Plus Program. To book for a hotel, simply call our Call Center number at (+632) 70-20-888 and inform our Call Center Agent that you wish to avail of the Hotels Plus Program. To get a complete list of all Hotels Plus partners and their rates, please click here. Please remember that the said rates are not applicable for walk-ins.
What about Cebu Pacific's partnership with Northwest Worldperks? Will I still be able to use my Worldperks Miles through Cebu Pacific?
Yes, you may still use your Worldperks Miles to redeem free Cebu Pacific tickets.
