The Go! MasterCard is a credit card issued by Metrobank Card Corporation in behalf of JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGSHI), a holdings company of Robinsons Retail Group and Cebu Pacific.
The Go! MasterCard marries free shopping and free flight privileges in one card while providing a great opportunity to earn points faster in participating establishments under the Robinsons Retail Group (RRG) and Cebu Pacific.
How many points can a cardholder earn in a JGSHI participating establishment using his GO! MasterCard?
The cardholder earns two (2) points for every Php200 purchase in any of the participating establishments of JG Summit.

The cardholder earns one (1) point for every Php200 purchase in a non-JGSHI participating establishment.
Will the double points be applied on the base price or will it be applied on the monthly amortization?
The double points will be posted based on the monthly amortization.
What is the GO! Cash Gift Card?
The GO Cash Card is a prepaid card loaded with Php500 credit. This may be used to purchase tickets at Cebu Pacific or goods at the participating Robinson's Retail Group.
How do I use the Go! Cash Gift Card?
Simply use the Go! Cash Card like a regular debit card in participating JG establishments.
Can a GO! Cash Gift Card be converted to cash?
No, the GO! Cash Gift Card is not convertible to cash.
How long is the GO! Cash Gift Card valid?
The GO! Cash Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Validity is shown at the back of the GO! Cash Gift Card.
Can the cardholder use his/her GO! Cash Gift Card for several transactions until his Php500 is consumed?
No, the GO! Cash Gift Card is a debit card that is good for one-time purchase only. Unused credits for purchases less than Php500 are forfeited and non-convertible to cash.
How many GO! Cash Gift Card denominations are there?
The GO! Cash Gift Card comes only in one (1) denomination, Php500.
Can a cardholder present several GO! Cash Gift Card equivalent to his/her purchase if an item is priced over P500?
Yes. For as long as the cardholder presents the equivalent number of GO! Cash Gift Cards amounting to the desired purchase.
Can a cardholder pay cash or credit beyond the amount the GO! Cash Gift Card presented?
Yes. The cardholder may settle the transaction difference, either through cash or credit, that goes beyond the GO! Cash Gift Card presented.
What if a cardholder just made a purchase and the points earned from that transaction sums up to 500 points. Can s/he redeem his/her GO! Cash Gift Card the same day s/he made the purchase?
No. You can only redeem against what is reflected on your latest Statement of Account.
If the cardholder uses the GO! CREDIT BACK option at Cebu Pacific, is he limited to the Php 500 denomination?
No. As long as you have sufficient number of points, you may ask for a credit back equivalent to the price of your ticket. For example:
- Ticket price = Php699
- Available points = 1000
- For credit back = 699
- Points balance = 301
If the cardholder can redeem and use his points against a ticket purchase from Cebu Pacific without the need for a GO! Cash Gift Card, can s/he also perform the same for purchases made in participating Robinson's Retail establishments?
No, the GO! CREDIT BACK option is only available for Cebu Pacific transactions.
How much is the interest rate for Go! Mastercard?
The interest rate is 3.5% per month.
How much is the annual fee of the Go! MasterCard?

As a special offer to new Go! Mastercard holders, the annual fees are waived on the first year.
