    I’m traveling with an infant. What do I need to do?

    Indicate/ state your infant’s birth date to avail of infant fare privilege.  Have a copy of his/ her birth certificate ready at check-in.  Infant must be less than 2 years at the time of travel.

    Do you offer assistance to elderly and handicapped guests?

    Yes.  Please coordinate with our Call Center at (+632) 70-20-888 or (+6332) 230-8888 at least 3 days prior your departure date.

    My child is traveling alone. What do I need to do?

    Children below 4 years old will not be accepted for carriage unless they are accompanied by a person of at least 18 years of age.  Children aged 4 to 12 years old may be accommodated on the flight provided that they pay the Unaccompanied Minor Handling Fee and furnish us with the complete necessary documents.  These documents are available online and at our sales offices.

    For unaccompanied minors traveling on international flights, please check for the entry regulations of their destination for other requirements.

    Can pregnant women fly?

    Yes, provided they comply with the following requirements:

    1. Pregnancy below 24 weeks: accomplish Part 1 of the EMIS form.
    2. Pregnancy 24 to below 34 weeks: accomplish Parts 1 and 2 of the EMIS form and present a medical certificate. 
    3. Pregnancy 34 weeks and beyond:  we will refuse carriage

    When the forms are executed by an expectant mother below eighteen (18) years of age, her parent’s or guardian’s consent shall be mandatory. If the pregnant passenger is not a Filipino, her legal spouse may give consent in lieu of her parent or guardian.

    The expectant mother must complete travel within the validity period of the EMIS form which is three (3) days from the date of issuance when presented for domestic travel and seven(7) days for international travel.

    Can people with medical condition fly?

    We require guests with a medical condition or an ailment to accomplish an Incapacitated Guest Handling Form and present a medical certificate saying that they are fit for travel.

    Is there any fee for carrying firearms?

    Yes.  The handling fee is PhP300 per firearm plus 12% EVAT.
