    What time do I need to be at the airport?

    Check-in for your flight two (2) hours before ETD for domestic and three (3) hours before ETD for international. We close our counters 45 minutes before ETD and release seats to standby guests.

    What do I need to present at the check-in counter?

    Please ensure that you have the following:

    1. Your Itinerary you need this to enter the terminal
    2. A valid photo-ID or passport valid for at least 6 months (for international travel)
    3. Confirmed return or onward ticket (for international travel)
    4. Necessary travel documents (including visa if required) to the intermediate stop and to onward destinations (for international travel)
    5. Sufficient funds to support your stay (for international travel)

    We suggest that for guests with international travel, you check your destination’s requirements as each country may have different requirements.
