Why is Cebu Pacific offering low fares? Cebu Pacific wants to give every Filipino the chance to fly by making fares as affordable as possible. We want you to start flying, or keep on flying for paying a lot less. All Go fares are refundable as long as refund requirements are met. Why doesn't Cebu Pacific offer child fares? Cebu Pacific doesn't offer child rates because we have fare offerings that are actually lower than the child rates of other airlines. Infants who do not occupy a seat can travel free of charge and free of taxes or fuel surcharges. However, they are not entitled to free baggage allowance (FBA). Will Cebu Pacific still offer discounts? Because our standard fares are already so low, we only offer senior citizen discounts. Why do fares become higher as it gets closer to the departure date? We want to reward those who purchase tickets early with lower fares. So book your Cebu Pacific flight as early as possible! Are low fares available only during the lean season? Our Go Fares are not promo fares. Our low fares are available year round! Why are there ticket restrictions? The restrictions, which are spelled out clearly when you book your flight, give all Cebu Pacific guests the ability to travel at very low fares all year round. Why is closed booking required for all Fares? Closed booking ensures the appropriate allocation of seats based on the type of fare offered. If I change my itinerary or destination, will I be charged an additional fee? Yes. Flight changes are allowed anytime as long as requirements, payment of applicable fees and any fare difference are met. If I rebook a flight with a lower fare than my original flight, will I get a refund? No. How will I know if low fares are still available for the flight I want?
